Jasper, general – It is considered to be a nurturing stone and is said to align the chakra energies. Called the Supreme Nurturer, this stone is warm, comforting and is known to protect against negativity and gives one a feeling of being grounded. Jasper, Poppy – is a type of brecciated jasper and like Dalmatian Jasper is a wonderful stone to use to help connect with and attune to animals. Jet – a form of fossilized wood, has since the Stone Age been used as a talisman. Lapis Lazuli has been credited with helping one to overcome the difficulties associated with emotional traumas, depression and grief by bringing inner power, hope and confidence. Larvikite (aka Blue Pearl Moonstone / Norwegian Moonstone) – Larvikite is sometimes used at the Root Chakra as it is a grounding stone and helps to increase our feelings of security. It is also a good protection stone and is useful for helping us to develop and exercise patience. It is also believed to help encourage and stimulate stronger inner and psychic visions. It can be very helpful when trying to understand the true meanings of others and to be able to read between the lines and discern actual intent even when someone is being vague.

Lemurian Seed Crystals – Lemurian Crystals (also known as Lemurian Seed Crystals, and sometimes Lemurian Star Crystals) are named, according to metaphysical legend, after and advanced ancient civilization called Lemuria. The folklore is reminiscent of Atlantis but the Lemurians were considered to be a more peaceful civilization and developed a more spiritual way of life. It is also credited with helping to dispel anger and it is considered to be an energetic and grounding crystal that also helps with focus and encourages clear thinking.
